This 3-room house consists of 3 bedrooms (3+2+2), a kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. It is is a part of a mini-hotel situated in a quiet private yard near the main street of Alushta. The house is cool in the hottest day so it does not need an air-conditioner. It has two TV-sets, two wardrobes, a fridge, a gas stove. Hot water is available round the clock. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there.
The furniture: 3 double beds and a folding sofa.
Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
