This 2-room apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen (studio), a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub, a hall and a balcony to the green quiet yard. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils, bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, tooth-paste and tooth-brushes, an iron. It has a TV-set, cable TV, a music system, a fridge and a phone. The furniture: a double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa and two arm-chairs in the living room; a wardrobe. Hot water in Kiev is available round-the-clock. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
