    We offer you nice comfortable apartments for a daily rent in the walking distance from the sea in Yalta, Alushta, Alupka and other resort towns on the South Coast of the Crimea, and also in Sevastopol and Simferopol.
    Besides the described below apartments there are many other options not only in Yalta itself but in the settlements around Yalta: Massandra, Nikita, Gaspra, Gurzuf, Livadia, Simeiz and Alushta: Maly Mayak and Partenit. Please, let us know your wishes and we will find the apartment to your taste and pocket. Please be advised that the closer the apartment to the sea the more expensive it is. Anyway all our apartments are situated in the walking distance from the sea.
    The prices are listed in US Dollars per one night.
    When you decide to rent an apartment you must remember that in Ukraine a living room is included in the number of rooms.
    There are separate apartments with one or a few rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a corridor, sometimes with a balcony.
    Also there are hotel-type rooms with a common kitchen and bathroom or rooms with a private bathroom and a common kitchen or without a kitchen at all. Having plenty of cafes and restaurants all around it is not a problem to find a place to eat.
    Usually the apartments have a TV set, a refrigerator, a gas stove, cold running water, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a toilet.
    The central supply of hot water is available at certain hours. If the apartment has a gas or electric water heater hot water is available round-the-clock.
    Most apartments have no phone.
    We offer to use our taxi service to get to the apartment. The taxi from Simferopol to Alushta, Yalta, Alupka costs $50 - $70.
