The 2nd floor without the elevator. A prestige building, a nice entrance. This 2-room apartment consists of one living room, one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a hall. There is a balcony in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there. It has a TV-set, cable TV, a fridge, a phone, an electric kettle. The furniture: a double bed, a folded sofa + 2 arm-chairs. Hot water in Kiev is available round-the-clock. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
