od103 - $40 If you stay more than 10 days the price is $35 per night. In winter a long-term stay is available. Euro-renovated in 2004, everything is new. The 3rd floor without an elevator. This luxury 1-room apartment consists of one room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a bath-tub. There is a glassed-in balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: a built-in cherry kitchen with the kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron. It has a TV-set with satellite TV (it has 81 channels: BBC, CNN, DW, Euronews, etc.), a separate telephone and a socket for the Internet connection, a fridge (NoFrost with ice-making compartment), an oven with grill function and a toaster. The furniture: a double brand-new bed and elegant armchairs, a wardrobe and a cupboard. There is a gas water-heater so hot water is available round-the-clock. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
