Y102 3 min walk from the sea, near the Oreanda Hotel. This small two-floor modern cottage has a kitchen and a bathroom (a shower and a toilet) on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Newly decorated, very nice and cosy. It is situated in the quiet yard, in 5 min walk from the city beach. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron. It has a TV-set, a fridge, an air-conditioner. The furniture: a double bed, a folding arm-chair. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
