Y111 A luxury two-level studio. The 3rd floor at the very sea-front, with a great sea-view. On the 1st level: a kitchen, a lounge with a fire place, a bathroom (with a shower and a toilet), a glassed-in balcony. On the 2nd level: a bedroom with a folded sofa. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron. It has a TV-set with the remote control, a real fire-place, an electric water-heater, an air-conditioner and a fridge. The sleeping places: a double bed, a folding sofa. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
