Y113 A luxury studio near the sea, 3 min walk from Oreanda hotel. This 1-room apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom (with a shower and a toilet). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron. It has a TV-set with the remote control, an air-conditioner, a fridge, a gas water-heater, autonomous heating. The furniture: a double-bed, a folding sofa, a wardrobe and a chest-of-draws. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
