Y302 A house with 3 rooms. Near the Oreanda and near the sea. There is a cosy yard with a small pool and billiards. There is a sauna. This 3-room house consists of three bedrooms, a dining room, a big bathroom, a toilet and a hall. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for staying there: kitchen utensils (sauce-pans, frying pans, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, a corkscrew, a tin-opener and so on), bed-linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, an iron, an electric fan. It has a TV-set with the remote control, washing mashine and a fridge. The furniture: two double beds, a folding sofa and wardrobes. Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request for the additional fee.
